Play Ball!

Dude, as he was named, was barely able to stand. When sculpting him, his efforts to raise himself up were painful to watch, as he struggled to gain his balance. Dude, though never hesitated to reach for joy, in this case, his ball! This piece received the People’s Choice Award at the Cape Cod Museum of Art Indoor sculpture show.
